By accessing or using gotplenty.ai or any related applications, content, or services (collectively, the "Service"), you ("you," "User") agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms") and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

These Terms are between you and Love and Optimism, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("we," "us," "our").

gotplenty.ai is a digital tool that helps users track food, health habits, and behavioral patterns. The Service may allow users to upload or submit photos of food, notes, or reflections on eating habits, health goals, or related behaviors. We are not a medical provider, and the Service does not offer medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

4. Use of the Service

4.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

4.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of your User Content, but by submitting it, you grant Love and Optimism, LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, store, process, analyze, and display your User Content as necessary to operate and improve the Service.

You acknowledge that:

• your photos and data may be used to generate insights or analytics for your own use;
• we may use anonymized or aggregated data (that cannot identify you) to improve features or for research and analytics;
• you are responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe others' rights.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, software, text, graphics, and designs made available through the Service are the property of Love and Optimism, LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our written permission.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

We make no guarantee about the accuracy or usefulness of any information or insights generated through the Service. You acknowledge that any decisions you make based on information from gotplenty.ai are your own responsibility.

In no event will Love and Optimism, LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed $100 or the amount you paid us in the past twelve (12) months, whichever is greater.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend, terminate, or delete your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any reason we deem necessary to protect the Service or other users.

Sections on Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law will survive termination.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in King County, Washington for all disputes arising out of or related to these Terms.
